Diemthoxy silane capped resins for high tensile and tough adhesive formulations.
Enables bubble free curing at normal temperature & humidity levels.
Formulations have excellent adhesion to metals with fast cure.
Excellent adhesion to aluminium with no primers and a wash with green dimethyl carbonate solvent.
Adhesives cure with ethanol vapour which is safer for use in confined factory applications.
Adhesive formulations can use the cheaper PPC fillers and carbon black for high tensile strength.
Adhesives are solvent and isocyanate free and safer for tradesman and DIY consumers.
Adhesives can be made in the factory with maximum mixer temperatures of 60 degree C and low energy use.
The trifunctional polymer is catalysed with more environmentally friendly tin acetoacetate catalyst.
No hazard warning labels on the sealant product when displayed in the factory.
Formulations can be thickened with polyamide wax or cheaper urea thickeners.

Risun Polymer Company core strategy is to design and manufacture the new silane modified STPP resins with Technology from Western Companies and manufacturing and R&D resources in Taizhou in China. We will taylor make resins for Customer needs, as well as offering a basic standard range.
The Customers we target are the worlds sealant and adhesive and surface coating manufacturers who wish to replace the polyurethane products they make with the safer, and in many cases easier to make silane crosslinked products.
The elimination of free NCO and residual TDI and MDI monomer is essential if we are to protect our Customer Customers from these hazardous chemicals.
Our Technical Director has had extensive background in Paint and Adhesives manufacture and R&D.
For example slump resistant low modulus PU Construction sealant with good adhesion is difficult to manufacture. The use of STPP or Hybrid silane crosslinked resin allows the use of precipitated calcium carbonates for good rheology and the ability to use secondary amino silanes as adhesion promoters makes the formulation of these new hybrid sealants much easier.
We have the ability to source Polyether polyols from the well known major manufacturers using the DMC catalyst process, and there are now several manufacturers in China. There are also now in China several reputable manufacturers of the special silanes, and we have used them for several years now.
Chinese manufacturing now offers very Competitive sources of Chemicals, as the Supply Chain and Quality is now good, all the major world chemical manufacturers are present, and we are using the latest equipment for quality control of the Chemicals we use.
