Taping machine of extra fine foam-skin wire
The machine is vertical double-layer wrapping machine, take the taping (paper belt and aluminum foil) passed turntable rotary wrapping to core wire, with double wrapping head, to carry out secondary wrapping to the right and left respectively. In addition, it is mainly used for the mica tape wrapping of wire, power cable, control cable, optical cable and insulation wire cores. The fireproof wire and cable are mainly used in power plant, airport, high rise building, metro, underground street, entertainment place and other places. The requirements of fireproof wire and cable have been increasing, thus, the appearance of multi-head fireproof wire and cable wrapping machine offers all new professional equipment for different wire and cable plants.
Working principle:
The machine is double-head wrapping and transmitted by A. C. Motor with belt. The rotation of a pair of bevel gear by gear makes the lapping disk rotate to the right and left direction. The core wire rotates by leading wheel with two wrapping and then carries out secondary wrapping to the wrapping belt on the core wire in order to reach the purpose of secondary wrapping. The speed of leading wheel can be changed by adjusting continuous variable speed transmission to meet the demand of different lapping pitches. The wrapping machine with single head, double-head or three-head can be produced according to the requirements of the customs.
