Now China is paying more attention to the environmental protection, and has closed or recreated a lot of medium -sized and small-sized enterprises, which create serial pollution. Local governments are paying more and more attention to the environmental pollution.
Wastewater treatment is a long and tough problem, which puzzles the enterprises, especially the medium -sized and small-sized enterprises, such as paper, printing, food and petrochemical companies . As the confinement of the fund and technology, the investment of import equipment is too high, which is beyond company's abilities. These companies paid huge operating costs, however, in the end, they have to run and stop running from time to time to deal with the inspection from the environment protection department.

As for the unique design, the equipment could make more and more thickening bubbles, the dimension is more and more minification, which could reach 20um and the adsorptive power is much higher. Tiny bubbles are combined with the flocculating constituent in the reaction,then the separation of suspended load and water is fulfilled instantly and thoroughly and the sludge from the bottom of tank could be released intermittently. The running indicates that the equipment has the advantage of effective stability, reliability and it is convenient to operation , easy to study with lower operating costs and then widely welcomed by the customers.
Application
The Technology is widely used for the discharging water and wastewater treatment, it can remove the SS in wastewater and it can reduce the non-soluble COD.
Serviceable range
The horizontal dissolved-air flotation sedimentation equipment could remove solid suspended load, lipa and any kind of jelly; it could be used to deal with wastewater from electric plating. chemical, paper, refinery and tanning industries.
Operating principle
Dissolved-air tank produces the dissolved-air water, the water flows into the pending water through the releasing pipe, tiny bubbles raise slowly and adheres to the impurity particles. And then one part formes the floating body,the gravity of which is less than water, in the end the floating body raises on the surface of the water, and forms scum, and then the scum is removed by scum scraper and the other part falls in the settling tank. The sludge from the bottom of tank could be released intermittently into the sludge tank.
Main body of the equipment is made of soluble air pump,gas-water separator,flocculating chamber, flotation contact,separation chamber,sedimentation tank,header tank and etc.
Feature
1) the special dissolved-air tank pushes the air into water released by reducing pressure, and then creates tiny bubbles in the water, the dimension of which is 20~40μm and it is easier to from to adhere on the flocculating constituent.
2) save the floc consumption as the relaxed requirements of flocculation.
