Tungsten Rhenium alloy wire
when adding rhenium into tungsten ,W-Re alloy is formed. Alloyed with tungsten
in 3%, 5%, 20%, 25%, 26% content, rhenium make tungsten become more ductile
and machinable,with good electrical properties, Tungsten Rhenium wires are be
used as high temperature thermocouple wire materials,which are well-suited for
measuring extremely high temperatures.Typical uses are hydrogen and inert
atmospheres as well as vacuum furnaces. They must never be used in oxidizing
environments. Embrittlement may occur during usage.
