Two Wire External Liquid Level Meter ( A+E 69L)
Product Description
The external level meter is a measuring instrument which utilises ultrasonic signals for the precise level control and measurement of liquids. The sensors are attached to the outside of the tank and measurements are made through the tank wall. There is no need to drill holes or to perform any welding to install the sensors.
Since there is no contact between the sensors and the liquid to be measured, the external level meter are ideal for hygienic applications and for the measurement of aggressive media.

External Level Meter Application Requirements
1. The liquid meida should only contain a small amount of gaseous or solid content. The tank bottom should be free of or be covered only by a little amount of deposit material.
2. When the media dynamic viscosity is between 10mpaS and 30mpaS, the mearuing range would reduce. When it's greater than 30mpaS, the meter could not be used.
3. Tank Material. The tank should transmit ultrasonic signal well, and no air interlayer if the tank wall is multilayer material. Thickness should be 2-70mm.
All AEAD supplied external level meters are guaranteed in 12 month since delivery.
