Product Description
I. General information
CX-ULM-FS ultrasonic level measuring instrument, taking the advantages of various many level measuring instruments, is a universal one characterized by total digitalized and humanized design. It has perfect level monitoring, data transmission and man-machine communication. The master chip is imported technical m single chip with relevant application specific ICs such as digital temperature compensation. It is featured by strong anti-interference performance; Free setting of upper and lower limits and online output regulation, on-site indication, optional analog, switching value, and RS485 output and easy connection with main unit. The cover, made of waterproof engineering plastics, is small and firm with PP probe. Its main circuit board applies quality SMT components and keyboard, making it more stable and reliable. Therefore, it is applicable for various fields concerning level measuring and monitoring.

Warranty and Service
1. Warranty
The manufacturer provides one year warranty on all products, free of charge, but the users should be responsible for the one-way transportation fee from the customer to the factory.
2. Service
The manufacturer provides instrument installation for our customers, and the charges will be made according to the cost.
For any hardware failure of the instrument, we recommend that our customers send back the instrument to our factory for service, due to the fact that the instrument is made of microprocessors and it will be difficult to perform field maintenance. Before sending back the instrument, please try to contact the factory first to make sure what the problem is.
For other operational problems, please contact our service department by telephone, fax or email and internet. In most cases, the problem could be solved immediately.
