Integrated equipment.The common air flotation system has divided air flotation tank, dosing equipment, air tank, dissolved air water pump, air compressor, waste water pump which needs more installing time, inconvenient to manage and covers large areas. The Vertical flow dissolved air flotation sedimentation equipment organically combines these divided system into one unit, the equipment can be in immediate operation by connecting with the ends of the inlet/outlet pipes and does not need foundation in case of adjusting PH of wastewater.

Application scope

1) The total content of heavy metal ions from electroplating waste water, such as zinc, copper, lead, etc. is under 50ppm, the removal rate can reach above 70%.

2) The removal rate of chromaticity from printing and dyeing wastewater can reach 90%, the removal rate of COD is 60-70%, BOD is 50%.

3) The removal rate of COD of wastewater from food, butcher and leather industries can reach 70%, the removal rate of suspended solid is 90%

4) Oil content of wastewater of the oil refinery can be reduced to below 10 mg/L; the water can reach the degree of clarification.

5) The removal rate of chromaticity from chemical wastewater and paints can reach 93%, the removal rate of COD is 74%.

6) The recovery rate of fiber from paper-making can reach 95%, the removal rate of COD is 86.7%.

7) The turbidity of bathwater can be stabilized below 10 degrees, the bacteria of the water is greatly decreased.

8) The turbidity of drinking water and industry water can be purified below 5 degrees, and has great effect on reducing the chroma oxygen consumption.
