Oil flows through the Jingyuan polymer membrane filter elements, pass a 3D pore structure which the pore precision can be controlled in 30~0.2μm. And by back washing or back blowing the blocked pore, filter elements can be used repeatedly, about 2~3 years or longer.

Industrial Application:
The operating situation of engineering machinery is harsh, and the oil quality in construction site is complex .In order to improve the service life of engine and reduce failure rate, oil filtration is essential.
 
In mining, construction site and large infrastructure projects, temporary oil depot and gas station were built up to filter the in and out diesel. 


Designed, manufactured and supplied according to the ISO 9001 Quality System:
 
Function: Pump the oil from systematic tank: the oil passes magnetic filtration and crude filtration firstly, then passes through Jingyuan polymer membrane filter elements. The polluted oil goes into the elements from surface and the clear oil flow out from inside, and the impurity and water are intercepted outside.
 
Maintainance: If the pressure reaches 0.5~0.6 Mpa indicates that the filter elements has been blocked (please pay more attention to the case). Regular maintainance can improve the service life of filter elements significantly.
 
Filter Elements: Jingyuan membrane filter elements assembly, the average service life of them is 2~3 years or longer (Depend on maintainance and oil quality)
