Hydraulic System/ Lubricating System Purification and Filtration Case

Problem:

Solid particle pollution leads to the failure of hydraulic system and lubricating system, so it is necessary to filter the industrial oil before pour it into system. As the new oil (even just abstracted from tank) has been polluted seriously, it isn't suitable for direct use. There are various reasons cause new oil pollution, such as contamination and water, they are likely mixed into the new oil during mixing and storage process.

Solution:

Install one set or several sets of JY-H330 High Viscosity Lubricating Oil Purification Filter to remove impurity, colloid and water from oil. Clean oil makes the engine failure rate decrease significantly, at the same time, efficiency will be improved, maintenance costs will be cut down, fuel consumption reduces 5-10%, oil-saving effect is obvious, the service life of engine extend 2 ~3 times.

Principle:
Oil flows through the Jingyuan polymer membrane filter elements, pass a 3D pore structure which the pore precision can be controlled in 30~0.2μm. And by back washing or back blowing the blocked pore, filter elements can be used repeatedly, about 2~3 years or longer.

Selectivity pass characteristic is to say, the oil molecules will pass and water molecules or impurities will be intercepted, so that the oil and water can be separated.
