Introduction of Vibrating Screen
Vibrating screen uses vibration motor as vibration source. Materials are raised on the screen deck and moved rectilinearly at the same time. Materials are fed uniformly from feeding equipment into vibrating screen's inlet. Materials with different sizes screened by multi-ply screen mesh will discharged separately from different outlets.
Features of Vibrating Screen
Vibrating screen is mainly divided into linear vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen, high-frequency vibrating screen and so on. It is generally composed of screen box, vibration device, support device, drive device and other components. Vibrating screen has processing characteristics of large amplitude, large vibration intensity, low frequency and elastic screen surface. Because of the strong vibration of screen box, mesh blockage caused by the materials will be reduced. Therefore, the screen has higher efficiency and larger capacity. With simple structure, sieve plate can be replaced conveniently. Electricity consumption for screening materials per ton is less.

Vibrating screens are widely used in many industries, such as, steel making, mining, quarrying, foundries, food processing and chemical industry. It is used for the separating of bulk materials like stone aggregates, different kinds of sands, active carbon and so on.
