Printing Process
1.150-200 mesh screen, usually printed on 1 to 2 knives;
2. printing - dry - heat treatment: 130 celcuis degrees-150 celcuis degrees for 1-5 minutes overheating.
3. If toning neede,directly use transparent slurry or transparent+white paste,into color species within 5%.
Fastness test:
40 celcuis degress washing for two hours, the colors do not fall off;
On the condition of plus additives,the colors do not fall off during 60 degree washing for four hours.
