WLH5540 FULL AUTOMATIC CORRUGATED BOX FORMING MACHINERYWLH5540 Full Automatic Corrugated box forming machinery is mainly applicable to the packing of 2mm-3mm corrugated cardboard and Micro corrugated cardboard and of various kinds of rigid cardboard. Such as shoe boxes, toy boxes, and boxes used for medicine and daily necessities.
Structural features
(1)The forming unit adopts opening design, with compact and rational structure, stable and advanced performance, easy to operate.
(2)Intelligent spray glue system, realize automatic spraying glue compensation function.
(3)No need to stop machine while adding cardboard, cardboard feeding automatically,achieves corrugate-feeding, edge wrapping, corner folding and forming in one process.
(4)It adopts PLC programmable controller, Encoder and photoelectric switch air detection system touch screen man-machine interface operation. The entire process is automatic.
