Wood Door /Furniture Woodworking Machine(VCT-1325ASC2)
ASC CNC woodworking machine is a special model work in high efficiency with interactive spindles, fast solution for complicated machining in one time which asks for multiple tools. It is available with cutting, milling and 3D engraving. The machine is mainly used in Woodworking, Cabinetry, Acrylic stand, signs, guitar and musical instruments.
Machine Details Show:
1. Interactive Spindles with dust skirts: Three air-cooled spindles of different powers-5.5kw/3.7kw/3.7kw, each spindle is driven by a Cylinder for quick lift, three interactive tools of different sharps can be applied in every single process. Switchable structure dust skirts for your convenience to load tools, easy to remove the dust completely.
2. Controller: A PC based Controller with friendlier human machine interface/HMI, fully executed with computer. It well realizes high-speed and high-precision motion control. Better anti-interference performance due to control signal adopting differential signal input& output, featured as power failure protection function, linear interpolation, circular interpolation, intelligent look-ahead, reverse cutting, backlash compensation, breakpoint memory and block skip, power failure protection function, etc.
3. Stepper Motor: High-power stepper motor & Gear wheel with outstanding wearability and resistance to impact, powerful and fast machining realized with synchronous double motors mounted on Y axis.
4. Electric Cabinet: Computer and all the electrical components are housed and wired in a mobile, double door electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. Every wire is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.
5. Gear Rack and Linear Guide: We use precision gear racks for XY axis, ensure high speed without vibration. XYZ use PMI or HIWIN square rails to guarantee the high accuracy.
6. Vacuum table and vacuum pump: The vacuum table multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part, gaskets can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles. Fixtures can also be used if needed as we put aluminum alloys beside the vacuum table. We use air cooling vacuum pump.
7. Central Lubricator: Easier to lubricate the Guide units regularly, just pull it gently and oil will go when it is needed.
Optional Parts: (necessary for cutting high-gross acrylic)
1. Servo Motor: AC Panasonic Servo motor for more smooth motion and triple working speed, they require no regular maintenance.
2. Helical Gear Rack and Reducer: Original Germany helical gear rack makes cutting more smooth and more precisely. Reducer can reduce the vibration during cutting; Ensure the cutting edge high smoothly.
Mist Spray Cooling System: Use alcohol or coolant to spray mist to the tools during cutting. Makes cutting edge smoother.
