YK series circular vibrating screen is a single shaft, circular motion inertia vibrating screen, circular vibrating screen is the inertia of the motor work, inertia force of the eccentric block to produce forced vibration screen box, which added to the screen on the surface of the material throwing motion, so that the material particles through the sieve hole of a certain size, realize the screening operation. The vibration exciter is arranged above the gravity of a screen box, the screen box ends of major axis of the ellipse into eight shaped, and the upper end of the major axis of the ellipse to feed the discharging direction, a material quickly disperse to give to the box on the machine, and the discharging end of major axis of the ellipse is against the discharging direction, reduce material movement speed, for difficult to screen material through the screen, and the screen surface circular arc and increase the effective area of screen machine, which can improve its capacity.
