ZF23-126 Gas Insulated Metal-enclosed Switchgear(GIS)
GIS adopts aluminum alloy enclosures, weight is light, capability resisting corrosion is strong, width of bay is small. Except SF6 - Air bushing, all high voltage electriferous parts are in earthing metal enclosures. Products are not affected by change of weather and altitude height, radio interference level is low, getting on electric shock danger is small for personnel, use is safe and reliable.
To adopt L-type Disconnector-Earthing assembled switch and R-type Disconnector-Earthing assembled switch, have structure of GIS compacted, layout is agile. Circuit breaker is equipped with Germany ABB hydraulic stored-energy spring mechanism, performance is steady and reliable. Besides on the basis of actual instance, may equip 3 sets HMB-2 type mechanism, thereby carry out respective phase operating and electric confederate movement, as well as may equip 1 set HMB-8 type mechanism, thereby carry out three phases mechanical confederate movement. ZF1-252 GIS have completed total type test at equipping ABB operating mechanism. The bellows adopts stainless steel, flanges. links, levers adopt aluminum alloy material. bottom carcass, supporters process hot-zincification. Thereby can insure without corrosion and rust in the case of extended use for products. Before leave factory, total equipment has been achieved installation,adjustment and test. The bay as the unit, is transported to site, not only condense the period of installation and debugging, but also ensure quality of installation. The products leaving factory carry through power frequency withstand voltage test and measurement of partial discharge intensity by means of HIGHVOLT test equipment for total bay, in this way ensure quality of products.
