Character: Prismatic crystal of colorless hexagonal crystal system or white crystal powder. Its relative density: 2.014, soluble in water easily, soluble in inorganic acid, but insoluble in alcohol. It decomposes into silicon tetrafluoride, water and zinc fluoride. pH of its 1 water solvent is 3.2. It's poisonous.
Usage: Used as antiseptic of limber industry, fast hardener of concrete, intensifier of calcined gypsum, treating compound after cleaned, moth-proof agent, catalyst in production of polyester fibres and mixing electrobath of Zinc.
