3. Key Features
PHOENIXWELD SJ501 is an active fluxes. Silicon and manganese are added to achieve better resistance to porosity. The good performance on handling rust and mill scale make it specially suited to incomplete processed base metal. It has excellent welding property and arc stability. The Max. Welding current can be 1000A.
4. Typical Applications
High speed fillet welding with double or multiple wire.
Weld of mild steel, low alloy steel and heat resistant steel. Ship, pressure vessel, boiler.
5. Attention
Re-dry flux at 300-350C(572-662° F) for 60 mins before welding.
Add new flux regularly to achieve excellent welding characteristics.
6. Package
Fluxes are packed in 25KG for moisture repellent bag, 25KG for bucket, 400KG for bulk bag.
