Front Drive Manual Transmission Cutway Operation Training System
1. Introduction
The training platform select rear drive manual transmission assembly, with complete accessories, all parts are original parts, production quality management according to requirement of ISO9001: 2008 standards, different gear of power transmission can be completed. Suitable for the automatic transmission construction and maintenance of schools and vocational technical training and senior automotive training institutions, practice teaching, can meet training project of front drive manual transmission structures, teaching theory, fault diagnosis, fault set and trouble shooting and assessment.
2. Basic Configuration
Rear drive manual transmission assembly, mobile workbench with casters, engine, manual and training guide book and other components.
3. Features
1. The gearbox is drived by motor, steering clutch to change gear, clearly show the power transfer process;
2. Spraying different colors on cutway parts, showing the structure of the transmission lever, shafts, gear, shifting fork of transmission mechanical part;
3. Fault setting and assessment system ( see fault setting and assessment function description);
4. Training sets rotational positions are equipped with safety shields to avoid security risk;
5. Mobile device with locking casters which easy to move and facilitate to teach.
