1300mm Precise Coating Machine with Single roller
Scope of application:
To process paint coating on base coat, top coat or staining for panel furniture, decorative panel, flooring, cabinet side panel, flush door, craftwork panel, window-shades, metal plate, etc.
Roller structure:
Roller adopt with PU rubber, rubber roller diameter 240mm, steel roller diameter 180mm, the rubber roller and the steel roller equip import blade and angle adjusted by worm wheel speed reducer to make sure the coating more evenly.
Rollers equipped with quick knockdown structure, easy replacement.
Machine frame & lifting structure:
Machine frame was welded using 20mm thick steel, drilling and grooving precisely by imported heavy duty machine to make sure it is strong enough and stable.
Lifting structure with patent design to guild rubber roller lifting gapless, roller will not shape when coating to ensure the coating with good quality in high speed.
Driving device:
Rubber roller, steel roller, conveyor belt and feeding roller is controlled by individual imported motor and frequency drive, to improve the coating quality and easy operation, so as to get the best surface smoothness and saturation by different speed adjustment and precise control of the paint capacity.
Feeding structure:
Machine equip with special feeding deviation adjust structure, imported seamless corrosion resist feeding PU belt.
