Application scope:
To process continual and high quality spraying on doorframe, door line, marble line. PVC section bar, PVC profile, flooring and window-shades etc.
1,Machine equips with imported well-known brand PLC control system, scan system and driving system and the devices will get together the accurate specs such as the workpiece shape, size, and the running speed to send to the PLC controller to control the spray guns on and off and the spray area, so as to lower the paint consumption.
2, Machine equip with original Japan IWATA spray guns, adjustable spray consumption and guns angle, spray guns can be customize according to different types of paint.
3, Machine equip with scrap spray fog processing system to recycle the painting or do the cleaning treatment to avoid from the environmental pollution.
4, Machine equips with imported frequency drive to adjust feeding speed.
