Product Description
HDMI Fiber Optic Extender, consisted of a Transmitter and a receiver, is a high-speed HDCP compliant fiber optic transmission system which is capable of transmitting high resolution HDMI or DVI signals over fiber with flawless image maintained. The inputted HDMI from a source device such as a set-top box or Blue-Ray player is converted into optical pulses by the transmitter, and transmitted to the receiver over 2 pieces of fiber. On the display side, the receiver converts the optical pulses back into HDMI signal for display on a monitor or projector.
The HDMI Fiber Optic Extender supports both multi-mode fiber and single mode fiber which makes the equipment be a powerful solution for digital display application that requires flawless signal over extremely long distance transmission.
