Introduction

The structural principle
1.The main body are mutually stacked by a fixed ring and swimming rings with spiral shaft through the filter device . The front section is the concentrating section, and the back section is dewatering part.
2. The filter joint formed by the fixing rings and swimming ring and the pitch of the helical axis from concentrating department to dewatering department becomes gradually smaller and smaller.
3 The rotation of the screw axis promotes the transportation of the sludge from the concentrating part to the dewatering part at the same time,it also continues to drive the floating ring cleaning the filter joint which prevents the blockage.
4 The sludge is transported to the dewatering part after gravity concentration in the concentrating section, in advance of the process, with the filter joint and the pitch becomes smaller and smaller and barrier function of the pressing plate ,it creates great internal pressure with shrinking volume to achieve full dehydration.
