Product Description

Anti-stripping alumina brick
Characters of Anti-stripping alumina brick:
 
Anti-stripping alumina brick use high grade bauxite clinker and synthetic materials containing ZRO2 as raw materials, according to certain proportion after high pressure forming the burnt products. It has Strong volume stability in high temperatures, good thermal shock resistance, wear resistance 
and erosion-resistance. It has excellent spalling resistance and low thermal conductivity ability, at the same time against the erosion of Kalium, Na, Sulphur, chlorine and other alkalic salt.
 
Applications of Anti-stripping alumina brick:
 
Transitional zone and preheating zone of cement rotary kiln and other thermal technical equipment  which requires thermal shock resistance. Have been widely applied in our country on NSP kiln, Bohr kiln and the wet kiln. Used parts including the wicket cover, uptake flue, cooling zone, safety zone, transition zone, cooling machine back wall, side wall and roof beam bending.
