Brief process description:
Conduct reduction on iron ore to make it become molten pig iron that is used for direct tapping or delivered to the steelmaking process for steelmaking. Iron ore (including the agglomerate and pellet), coke, flux and other solid raw materials are charged into the blast furnace in batches from the charging device on the furnace roof according to the specified batching ratio, ensuring certain height is kept between the material and furnace throat charge level; The coke and ore form alternating hierarchical structure in the furnace, the ore charge is reduced and melted to iron and blast furnace slag gradually during the lowering, and iron and blast furnace slag are gathered in the hearth and are discharged from the iron and slag notches regularly.
Brief function description:
Control of ore slot system, furnace roof system, blast furnace body system, hot-blast stove system, water slag flushing system, circulating water system, powder process injection system, dedusting system and other auxiliary systems, monitoring of equipment operation status, fault information alarm, historical data query, historical trend query and report printing.
