Brief process description:
Sinter powdery ferrous raw material to be lumpy agglomerate, provide high-quality raw material for blast-furnace ironmaking and cooperate with the pellet for blast-furnace ironmaking. Add appropriate fuel and solvent into various powdery ferrous raw materials, mix them uniformly, and put them on the sintering pallet for ignition, exhaust and sintering; A series of physicochemical reactions occur while the fuel produces high temperature, surface of part of mixture particles are softened and melted, and a certain amount of liquid phase is produced. Wet other unmelted particles, and the liquid phase will bond mineral powder particles into lump after they are cooled down.
Main functions:
Control of sintering dosing, moisture, mixing, sintering machine, annular cooler, screener, main electrostatic precipitator system, burning through point (BTP), ignition temperature and return mine balance, monitoring of equipment operation status, fault information alarm, historical data query, historical trend query and report printing.
