Product Description
KYN61-40.5(Z) AC metal clad enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is indoor power distribution device assembly with 3-phase AC 50 HZ and rated voltage of 40.5 KV. It is used for receiving and distributing electric energy of power plant and transformer substation and enterprise, and playing the functions of circuit control, protection and monitoring, and can also be used for places with frequent operation.
This switchgear conforms to standards such as GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-199 and DL404-1997.
Main features:
1. The cabinet is of assembly structure with handcart type floor stand circuit breaker;
2. The cabinet uses new compound insulation vacuum circuit breaker, which is easy to replace;
3. The material car frame is equipped with screw nut drive-in mechanism which can easily push the handcart and prevent damage of drive-in mechanism due to incorrect operation;
4. All the vibration can be done in the cabinet door closed state;
5. All interlocks between the main switch, handcart and cabinet adopt compulsive mechanical locking and can meet requirements of "five-prevention";
6. The cable compartment has enough space for connection of lots of cables;
7. The prompt earthing switch is used for earthing and short-circuit loop;
8. The enclosure protection grade is IP3X. It is IP2X when the handcart chamber door is open;
9. The products shall meet GB3906-1991 and DL404-1997 and refer to international standard IEC-208.
Service conditions:
1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40° C, and the measured average within 24h shall not be higher than 35° C; The min. Temperature is -10° C;
2. Altitude: Not higher than 1, 000 m;
3. Relative humidity: The daily average humidity should be no higher than 95%. The monthly average humidity should be no higher than 90%.
