Ceramic Structured Packings
The Ceramic structured packing has the advantages of a higher surface area, flux, less resistance, higher efficiency, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance(up to 1000ºC or above). It is flexible in operation and without amplification effect in a large tower, and particularly suitable for the rectification and absorption of corrosive mixture on the occasion of strict requirements of pressure drop and number of theoretical plates.

The ceramic structured packing has the types of 100-750X/Y, X and Y respectively represents the wave angle are 30°, 45°, and the number means the value of surface area. The diameter can be manufactured in 100-8000mm, if upon request, it can also be designed and manufactured to meet the need of specific applications.

Pingxiang Global Chemical Packing Co., Ltd. (PGCP), is located in Gaokeng Industrial Park, Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province. It can produce ceramic, metallic and plastic tower packings, ceramic balls, molecular sieves, catalysts, activated alumina, petrochemical additives, activated carbons and filtering materials etc. Used in chemical and petrochemical industries.
Since established, the PGCP has made great achievements, developed a lot of new products, acquird the certificate of ISO9001-2000 and set up a pleasant cooperative relationship with the wide circles of the users, material suppliers, scientific research institutes and engineering design institutes. In 2006, we drafted chemical industry standards HG/T3986-2007 for Technology Condition of Plastic tower packing and HG/T3927-2007 for Industrial Activated Alumina with the National Non-metallic chemical equipment Standards Committee and the National Chemical Standard Committee. Our general engineer took part in drafting national chemical industry standard, that is HG/T 3683.1-2000 Industrial Ceramics Ball-Inert Ceramics Ball and HG/T 3683.3-2000 Industrial Ceramics Ball-Perforated Ceramics Ball. The new developing products HQ-HK slotted & perforated ceramic balls, high efficiency HQ-HK slotted & perforated supporting agent and high efficiency HQ-HK slotted & perforated protecting agent have the national patent, the number is ZL2005 3 0048184.0. Besides these ones, we have other patent products, that is HQR ring (ZL 2005 3 0048180.2) and HQ eight columns arcs link (ZL2006 3 0147956.0).
