XK-GZLHC Fluid Bed Drying Experiment Device
Functions:
1. To understand fluid bed drying basic structure, technological process and operating method.
2. Learn experiment method of measuring material's drying characteristic under constant drying condition
3. Study effect of drying condition to drying process characteristic.
4. Master the analyze method of calculate drying rate curve, constant velocity drying rate, criticality moisture content, equilibrium moisture content according to experiment drying curve.
Main configuration:
Air peripheral pump, flowmeter, preheater, fluidized bed, cyclone separator, dust collector, hopper, U type differential pressure gauge, temperature control instrument, experiment bench and control panel, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Air peripheral pump: Air quantity 450 m3/h, wind pressure 120mmH2O, efficiency 66%, shaft power 0.75kw.
2. Flowmeter: Adopts with high quanlity pipeline gas rotameter, measuring range: 4-40m3/h, connection: Flange
3. Preheater: Refined made of stainless steel material, adopts dry-type tubular electric heating element heat, power 2*1kw.
4. Fluidized bed frame: Base and top all made of stainless steel, centre bed frame is glass observation tube.
5. Cyclone separator, dust collector, hopper all made of stainless steel.
6. U type differential pressure gauge: Measure fluidized bed total tower differential pressure or inlet air flow.
7. Temperature control instrument: Measure trading temperature drying room, control preheater's heat temperature.
8. Experiment bench is made of 304 high quality stainless steel; Compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple procedure, easily operated.
