Cooling recirculation water has the problems of serous scaling, high concentration of dust, pipeline corrosion, and microorganism breeding etc. The common solutions are using dispersant, disinfectant and scale inhibitor which will be released with cooling recirculation water and cause serious environment pollution. It also requires a large quantity and high cost.
To solve this problem, we designed a LSY disinfecting & scale inhibiting material with double functions made from natural material. It only requires 25-50ppm per month and the cost is just 1/4 of other method. (it was tested by Provincial Sanitation and Epidemic Prevention Department. The 50% lethal dose to big mouse is 5000mg/kg). Applied with nanometer microcrystal filter developed by our company, it can reach ideal treatment effect against granule matters in cooling water
