Mine sewage treatment technology started from 70s in last century, and adopted most of the surface water treatment units to mine sewage, such as pre adjusting pool, reaction settlement pool (or defecate pool), filtrating pool etc. Mine sewage after treatment can be used as industry water or domestic water.
The process features:
The mine sewage treatment project specification was determined according to the water quality, and raises water to waterpower circulating pool directly, then let water flow to other units automatically. It is with stable water quality, little power equipments and less power consumption.
The process combines water power circulating defecation pool and gravity valve-less filtration pool. The main treatment units are built by concrete, with the advantages of small occupation, long service life, less investment, simple process, easy management and low operation cost.
The filter is invented by our company --- nanometer microcrystal composite material. It is with large specific surface area, can remove not only granular matters in water, lower SS value, but also remove heavy metals in mine sewage, especially organic impurities. Treated water can be used directly for production, sight, turf, road spraying or car washing.
This Process can automatically add drugs, remove mud and back flush under complete monitoring, including electrical control system, upper level monitoring system, PLC system and instruments checking system. Instruments system includes drug flow, treatment flow, pool level and drug box level, inlet and outlet water TDS inspection.
