The features of our oilfield sewage treatment process: add inorganic sodium of magnesium and zinc, high molecular polymer, alkaline compound and other compound ion adjusting agent into the sewage, and make them reacting in multi function reactor, then deliver them into the water injection system after sediment or let them out, or recycle them to water boiler after softened. This process can significantly reduce the amount of lime applied while can get better treatment effect and lower the mud amount produced during treatment process. It also expanded the treatment range to low mineralized, high temperature and low temperature oilfield sewage.
