1. Components

Polymer cement waterproofing slurry is a kind of waterproof coating with certain flexibility, consisted of mixture with proper proportion of cement, fine aggregate(as main components) and polymer, additive(as modified material). Products can be divided into single component(S) and double component(D) according to components; or general type(I) and flexibility type(II) according to physical mechanical performance.

2. Description

Polymer cement waterproofing slurry is a new pattern waterproof material which performance between polymer cement waterproof coating(flexibility) and polymer cement waterproof mortar(hardness) but also different with this two products. This slurry has both characteristic of hardness and suppleness, polymer slurry coating has ductility, water resistance, and water hardening material advantage of high strength, well water resistance, easy bonding with wet base construction, also available to adjust suppleness and strength based on different project parts requirement, enjoying convenience and flexible construction methods. Recent years, with its excellent properties, achieved rapid development and widespread used in various building area such as roof, outer wall, toilet, basement, railway, tunnel, water conservancy, water project, etc.

4. Construction technology

a. Basement layer treatment: must be smooth, stable and clean, no water. Repairing and leveling cracks and uneven appearance.

b. Compounding exactly: add powder to corresponding liquid material, stir completely until no powder dumpling.

c. Coating with brush roller, finished layer by layer as selected construction method, material dosage: 2kg/m2.

d. Try to keep coating even, avoid local accumulation. Brushing next layer when the proceeding layer not sticky any more.

5. Matters needs attention

a. Prohibited construction when temperature zero below or rainy day, neither in the quiet wet or non-ventilated environment.

b. Store the liquid-solids in the shade place with temperature over 5ºC, powders in the dry place. Pay attention to sunscreen, moisture-proof. 12 months storage life.

6. Dosage: 1.5kg/m2, actual usage depends on site construction envrionment and he toughness of used parts baseplane.
