Product Description
Automatic hydraulic toe-lasting machine Type D S 628 is a improved molding equipment of heel part, it has the merits as easy operation, convenient debugging, low noise and high efficiency etc, it is suitable for the production of men's shoes, women's shoes, children's shoes, riding boot etc and is essential equipment effecting on heel lasting for shoes manufacturers.
Main characteristics:
1. This machine is suitable for heel lasting of the shoes with general and soft insole and with its last at height less than 160 mm.
2. The machine is equipped with the micro switching device for lasting height, which is specially designed featuring as easy adjustment and finds position accurately.
3. There are a complete series of wipers and forming bands suitable for various shapes of men, women and children shoes, the forming bands are wrapped by special chain and can accordingly produce a more excellent forming effect and a longer service life.
4. The design of gear type, rack type and ratchet wheel type is employed in the machine to quickly and precisely adjust the height of auxiliary supporter.
5. Coupling with heating device of wiper, the design of holding pressure in last supporter ensures the lasting effect be increased, No protrusion will be happened and the quality is upgraded.
II. Lifting and installation of machine
1. Lifting of machine: Both sides of machine are armed with lifting bolts, which can be lifted by wire rope crane, as well as four wheels armed at its footing is suitable for short-distance motion by way of pulling.
2. Installation: Place well the machine on a solid and even ground, then prop up its wheels by employing bolts on the ground, which make the wheel not be slippery.
III. Installation notes of machine
1. Place evenly the machine.
2. Cleanse anti corrosive oil.
3. Open oil tank cover to add in 50 kg of anti-abrasive hydraulic oil #68, and ensure hydraulic oil to be clean.
4. Ensure that operation voltage is identical with nominal voltage indicated in tag before switch on power.
5. Press on the operation switch of engine to check for pressure gauge after switching on power, the operational direction of the engine may be reversed when the pressure is not ascending, if thus, replace any two wires of power supply.
6. Please read carefully this operational manual before normal operation so as to avoid any damages of persons and machine.
IV. Maintenance notes of machine
1. Both oil pipe and joints must be locked well without any leakage, and the disassembling of the oil pipe can be operated only when there is no pressure.
2. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be replaced per 1500 hours or so under initial operation or the first operation after overhauling and per 2500-3000hrs afterwards. The oil filter must be cleansed per 500 hrs operation after new installation or oil replacement or the noise of oil pump is found to be high, moreover, the oil tank should be cleansed completely when the oil is replacing and oil level should exceed the filter 30 mm at least but not full, it is about 30 mm lower than the oil tank top.
3. Ensure electric components clean at any moment.
4. The machine should be cleansed before off duty every day, as well as ensure whether there is any loose for screws, lock tightly where loosened.
5. Stop the engine as far as possible when there is no operation on the machine, exclusive of machine warming on morning.
6. Each sliding point and the position where equipped with oil valve should be added in oil per week.
Notes: It is recommended to employ high-quality hydraulic oil in order to prolong the service life of machine and attain best performance, the brands of named oil are different from every country, therefore, the following anti-abrasive hydraulic oils, with #46-68 of viscosity, which differed in accordance with different weather, are only for your reference: Shell, Mobil, BP.
