Electronical Controlled Common Rail Diesel Engine Disassemble Operation Set
1. Introduction
The training set adopt high pressure common rail diesel engine assembly and electronic control systems, with complete accessories, designed to be independent disassembly station and console, the combination can fully meet the engine disassemble, refitted, debugging, operation, inspection training requirements. All components adopt original parts, QC strictly testified, in accordance with Production Quality Management standard of ISO9001: 20 08, suit for car engine structure and maintenance practical training in the medium and senior vocational schools and car training institutions, satisfy the requirement of teaching training project on the electronic controlled engine structure, working principle, fault diagnosis, fault setting and exclusion assessment.
2. Basic Configuration
Diesel engine assembly, engine control unit, engine circuit plug, combination instrument, training panel, diagnostic block, tank assembly, up and down pipe, Kettle, thermostat switch, oil tank, cooling fan assembly and bracket, fuel pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, battery, starter, generator, startup switch, fuel pump assembly, fuel filter, air filter, electronic throttle sensor, diesel glow plugs, electronic accelerator pedal, intake and exhaust manifolds, catalytic assembly, movable bench and mobile casters, general power switch, relay and fuse box, instruction manual and user training guide etc.
3. Features
1. Demonstrate the engine work, run smoothly, actually refelect the high pressure common rail diesel engineengine structure and working principle
2. Demonstrate engine oil pressure, vacuum pressure, oil pressure normal operating pressure
3. Detecting the engine after disassembled and assembled, through the connection of control system can do actual trainings of engine operating conditions
4. Disassembly and control easily connect and operate independently, fully meet the whole process requirements of disintegration, refitted, operatting, testing and debugging of engine.
5. Equipped with digit display meter to display the related sensor working static value and dynamic value.
6. Training sets are equipped with electronic engine control system schematics and detection terminal, through a variety of professional instruments to detect the signal parameters of sensors, actuators etc. Such as voltage, resistance, frequency etc.
7. Equipped with diagnostic blocks can be connected to a dedicated or general-auto decoders, to complete reading fault codes of engine electronic control system, clearing fault codes, reading data stream, matching adjustment, programming, testing, testing terminal components etc engine diagnostic function.
