The educational teaching equipment uses the Santana car to show the structure of the engine control system and to simulate the operation of the engine. The teaching board can generate spark plug ignition, oil pump work, fuel injection nozzle inject, and the pointer hydraulic table shows fuel pressure. Each sensor has a digital voltmeter actuator production and the working process of the engine electronic control system can be demonstrated.
Structure and composition
Santana engine electronic control units, sensors, actuators, detection terminals, combination meter, fault set and troubleshooting system, high-capacity battery or 12V switching power supply, schematic panel handled by computer, control panel, removable stand, supporting instructions and experiment instructions.
Features
1. It can really show the structure of the engine control system. And the running of the engine can be simulated too. The teaching board can generate spark plug ignition, oil pump work, fuel injection nozzle inject, and the pointer hydraulic table shows fuel pressure. The working process of the engine electronic control system can be demonstrated.
2. Detection terminals are set on the panel. A variety of signal parameters, such as: Voltage, resistance, frequency, etc. Of various sensors, actuator can be detected by instrumentation.
3. The aluminum panel is engraved with the beautiful color schematic. It makes students' analyses and understanding of the auto airbag system easier.
4. Diagnostic block installed on the bench can be connected to a dedicated or universal auto decoder. And engine self-diagnostic functions like reading fault codes from the engine electronic control system, clearing fault code and reading data stream.
5. Fault setting function: Multifunction switch, intelligent integration system or intelligent fault set appraisal system can be set according to the user optional manual fault to test the equipment. ( equipped with a communication interface and network interface )
6. After setting the fault, the participant can use the dedicated instrumentation to check out the location and content of the set point of failure through the fault troubleshooting exercises.
7. Other models can be produced according to customer requirements.
