Product Description
This rail track scale is ideal for loadout and low speed weighing is required. It consists of 2 electronic weigh sleepers with loadcells and 4 guide sleepers, all these replace the existing sleepers and are braced togother as one structure with the accessories, control cabinet and PC/software.
The influences due to temperature fluctuations are automatiocally compensated as our highly accurate and reliable load cell based weighing system. The transit sped is not restricted, but the weighing speed is less 15km/h. If the speed is too high, there is not enough time for data capture. But there is no restriction when it comes to the wagon type.
The benefits of this system is that concrete foundation or costly civil works are not always needed. It can be install without concrete foundation, but this is greatly dependent on the track/site condition. The installation on the ballast is highly recommended as this can improve the weighing accuracy and reliability. And it is very easy to install and maintance, no rail cutting, welding or grinding...
This sleeper system weighs axle per axle, it can be applied in many industries, such as ore and coal mines, iron and steel industry, metal recycling, power station and so on.
