Product Description

HTS-301Catalyst (below as HTS-301 type M. T. Shift Catalyst) is used for conversion reaction that converts CO and steam into H2 and CO2. It is suitable for synthetic ammonia & hydrogen making installations in varieties of scale, which uses coal, coke or hydrocarbons as raw materials. Especially suitable for energy saved CO conversion process with low steam/gas ration, can inhibit the F-T reaction effectively.

Characteristics
HTS-301 type M. T. Shift Catalyst is manufactured with the international advanced co-precipitation & macerate process, using ferrous(Fe2+) nitrate as raw material. Major components are Fe2O3 & Cr2O3, also contain a small quantity of promoter. Its major characteristics are:

1) Low sulphur content and No desupphurisation period.
Normal S content is 200ppm. No desulphurisation period is required during initial start up.
2) High strength in reducing phase Strength doesn't lower subject to reduction. No brittle failure or crush during long operation period.
3) Good activity at low temperature
Appears apparent activity at 250Deg. C and satisfactory conversion rate can be obtained when temperature at inlet of the converter is at 280-320Deg. C. The converter is easily to resume normally after a short shut down.
4) No by-product formation at low steam to carbon ratios and Low steam consumption.
