High Activity LTS Catalysts
LTS-302 is high-copper catalysts based on oxides of copper, zinc and aluminum. The copper oxide is very finely dispersed resulting - after reduction - in a large, stable copper surface area and an inherently high activity. Mechanical Stability
LTS-302 is manufactured to ensure the highest possible crush strength, resulting in a low and stable pressure drop throughout the catalyst lifetime.
Protection against Sulphur Poisoning
The presence of free zinc oxide in the LTS-302 combined with an unsurpassed chemisorption capacity provides the catalysts with an outstanding tolerance towards sulphur poisoning.
High Operational Flexibility
LTS-302 offers a high flexibility with respect to operating conditions. Normal operating temperatures are 180-260Deg. C. The catalysts can operate at even lower inlet temperatures, but are often limited by the dew point of the process gas. The LTS catalyst bed inlet temperature must be 15-20Deg. C (25-35F) above the dew point. The below is recommended operation conditions:

Application
LTS-302 are used for conversion of CO in synthesis and hydrogen production process using coal, naphtha, natural gas and oil field gas as feed stock. Especially, LTS-302 are used for axial-radial low temperature conversion converter.
