Large capacity sand dryer/ sand drying machine with good drying effect
Sand Dryer application
1. It can be used for drying some materials related to sand, such as river sand,
quartz sand, silica sand ,slag and so on.
2. It can be used for drying the materials related to mineral separation, such as
Metal Concentrates, Residue and Tailing.
3. It can be used for drying some Non-thermosensitive materials in chemical.
The features of the Silica sand rotary dryer dryer:
1. sand rotary dryer has a strong capacity of anti-overload. It can dry a lot with few fuel consumption and drying cost.
2. It chooses the downstream method for drying, that is, the smoke and wet
materials inter into the dryer in the same entrance and get a high evaporation. But
the temperature of the exit of the dryer is low. Therefore, it has a high efficiency of
heating.
3. It can change the Parameters according to different quality of the materials so as to form a stable full section in the cylinder of the dryer and make a fuller change for materials and heat.
