RAY-9300HT is the improvement on RAY-9300 laser particle size analyzer.
It introduces series of advanced technology and production techniques including imported high power semiconductor as laser generator with, long service life and good monochromaticity; Large-size high precision photoelectric model matrix made by specially-designed ASIC technique; Two sample feeding modes: Peristaltic circulation pump and small sample cell; Whole-course Mie theory algorithm, non-parameter algorithm and many distribution patterns, high precision data transform and circuit processing, etc., which lead to fast and precise test, easy operation and high repeatability. Import semi-conductor laser runs for 25000 hours (4 times longer than common He-Ne laser) in wavelength 635nm and power 3mw.
