Product Description
Luke can provide all series of fueling systems, including LNG, LCNG, CNG, fueling systems. The product line covers all standard ranges.
According to the different functions of products, Luke has modular design to meet diverse needs from customers, different modules can be chose and combined based on different station conditions. All skids are pre-installed in the factory, so only simple combination is required on site, making the installation management more quickly and easily. Standardized design makes the future site upgrading and moving more convenient and flexible.
Luke can provide a full range of natural gas filling solutions for not only small scale skid-mounted fueling stations but large scale stationary fueling system.

LNG fueling station equipments is applied to commercial public LNG fueling station and created by Luke and won the National patent for invention. The equipments are highly integrated the storage tank, technical device skid, fuel dispenser and PLC automatic control system to finish the transferring and fueling of LNG at a high efficiency.

High-level automation
The LNG process equipment skid is the main equipment of LNG refueling station. It includes: LNG cryogenic submerged pump, supporting pumping tank for submerged pump, boosting vaporizer, EAG heater, cryogenically adiabatic valve box and connection vacuum tube. The LNG skid can finish unloading, boosting, filling, saturating, pre-cooling liquefied natural gas and so on.
At present, the LNG fueling station is puzzled by the problems of messed pipelines, complex manufacturing process, producing process under vacuum environment and difficulty in maintainence. Luke has invented a whole series of system to solve this problem, and this system had won China`s national patent invention. This system is applied to the LNG skid to integrate all independent part into a whole structure, and make it vacuumed. It is a big vacuum chamber structure and all the pipelines are integrated into it. The walls of the structure is thickened to strength the cold insulation. And in order to make the operation easier, all the valves are designed on the surface of the structure. The welding work is much saved than before, and the structure stability is much more developed than before.
