Product Description
LNG high vacuum heat-insulation pipeline/tube
It consists of inner tube, outer tube and multilayer heat-insulation material. In order to reduce radiative heat transfer, the interlayer is filled by multilayer heat insulation materials. The high vacuum status of the interlayer space can reduce convective heat transfer.The inner and outer tubes is isolated by low coefficient thermal conductivity material to reduce solidified heat transfer and minimize the cold loss of inner tube, which can meet the requirement of cryogenic liquid (LOX,LIN,LAr,LH2,LHe,LNG) long distance transportation.

Design parameter
The inner tube's shrinking rate is 0.3% under the Liquified nitrogen circumstance. For the hard tube, both inner tube and outer tube are need a compensator.
The high vacuum multilayer heat insulation cryogenic stop valve, check valve, emergency stop valve and safety systems are able to installed in the tube directly.
The plug-pull type vacuum connector leaks very little percent heat from inside, and will not cause frost nor dew phonominen.
Special type/shape high vacuum heat insulation pipeline system can be customized.

Inner tube and outer tube are both made of special stainless steel.

Main Feature:
The liquid inlet and outlet of pump pool are connected by vacuum flange to ensure its good thermal and
cold insulation properties. Pump pool is with remote detect display device of pressure, temperature to ensure safety and reliability
The main technical characteristics :
The pump pool has enough cold insulation performance, and the vacuum shell has no frost phenomenon in the process of pump operation.
The liquid inlet and outlet of pump pool are connected by vacuum flange to reduce the consumption of LNG.
Pump pool can be quickly removed for repairing and the surrounding space is without maintenance tools corner;
Pump pool is equipped with pressure, temperature detection device, and can control cabinet to realize the operation control. Pump outlet pressure can be shown at site.
