Product Description
It was composed of inner tube, outer tube and multilayer insulation material. In order to reduce heat transmission of radiation,
the interlayer is made of multilayer heat insulation material. The highvacuum state of the interlayer can reduce convective heat transfer.
The inner and outer tubes was isolated by low coefficient thermal conductivity material to reduce heat transfer of solid and minimize the
cold loss of inner tube, which can meet the requirement of cryogenic liquid(LOX,LIN,LAr,LH2,LHe,LNG) long distance transportation
Design parameter
The shrinkage rate of inner tube is 0.3% under the temperature of liquid nitrogen. About hard tube, the compensator should be set on
inner tube or outer tube.
Vacuum multilayer insulated cryogenic globe valve, check valve, emergency block valve and safety systems are installed on the pipe line.
Plug type vacuum connector joint has the characteristics of the least heat leakage, no frost and condensation.
Customized special structure form of vacuum insulated pipe system regarding to special needs of customer can be made.
Material Selection
The inner and outer tubes are special high quality stainless steel tube (SUS304)
The interlayer takes advantage of the advanced and special multi-layer insulation material and gas adsorbent.
