Company Introduction:Qingdao Luke Auto Gas Development Co.,Ltd is a Sino-Austria joint venture,founded by Sinopec Qingdao Petrochemical company and Gas auto International of Austria in 1997.
LUKE is one of leading companies in China for CNG/LNG/L-CNG compressors, dispensers, storage tanks and other required accessories, including complete turn-key CNG,LNG,L-CNG refueling stations. We have established good business relations with Sinopec, Petro China, CNOOC and other regional companies.
Luke has won science and technology awards and a special fund from MSTC(Ministry of science and technology, P.R.C.), for our unique hydraulic CNG compressor design. The design of the valve housing with vacuum insulation used in LNG for process pipelines has won National Patent Design Awards.
LUKE has an experience of two decades in the production of compressors and offers her customers the benefits of the latest development in design, engineering, proven manufacturing methods, testing under full load, all from a single source. We are able to offer the high quality equipments, as well as consultant service on design, project development and construction of CNG,LNG,L-CNG and LPG refueling stations.
Up to now, LUKE has supplied over 200 Fueling stations for CNG, LNG, L-CNG and LPG refueling stations all over China Mainland.
Products Introduction: It was composed of inner tube, outer tube and multilayer insulation material. In order to reduce heat
transmission of radiation, the interlayer is made of multilayer heat insulation material. The highvacuum
state of the interlayer can reduce convective heat transfer. The inner and outer tubes was isolated by low
coefficient thermal conductivity material to reduce heat transfer of solid and minimize the cold loss of inner
tube, which can meet the requirement of cryogenic liquid(LOX, LIN,LAr,LH2,LHe,LNG) long distance transportation
Design parameter
The shrinkage rate of inner tube is 0.3% under the temperature of liquid nitrogen. About hard tube, the
compensator should be set on inner tube or outer tube.
- Vacuum multilayer insulated cryogenic globe valve, check valve, emergency block valve and safety
- systems are installed on the pipe line.
- Plug type vacuum connector joint has the characteristics of the least heat leakage, no frost and condensation.
- Customized special structure form of vacuum insulated pipe system regarding to special needs of customer can be made.
Material Selection
- The inner and outer tubes are special high quality stainless steel tube (SUS304)
- The interlayer takes advantage of the advanced and special multi-layer insulation material and gas adsorbent.
- Low thermal conductivity

- Welded connection (the vacuum tube joints which are made by section was welded at site)

Qingdao Luke Auto Gas Development Co., Ltd is a company established in 1997, located in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao, as a China-Austria joint venture with the aim to protect our common environment. We are specializing in the manufacturing of Hydraulic piston CNG Compressors with big capacity, Automotive converting, Researching, Manufacturing, Installations and after-sale service for LNG refueling stations and CNG filling stations. At present, the company owns 10000 square meters manufacturing plant.
The company co-operates with foreign enterprises to develop the CNG gas stations and Skid-mounted LNG refueling station technology, suitable to the Chinese market. The products have obtained 14 national patents with advantages of lower costs, short time installation, usage of small area and high automatization.
Since the products have been launched to the market, they obtained warmly response from customers. Many filling stations have been installed all over the country, at present we maintain 10% market share in China.
