Product Description

Magnesium hydroxide is a non-toxic, high efficient, smoke suppression, environmental flame retardant, and its max processing temperature can be 300. Can be widely used to produce flame retardant PP corrugated pipe, flame retardant PE pipe, flame retardant PA pipe, flame retardant PU pipe and flame retardant PVC pipe.

Flame-retardant mechanism
1: Decomposition of magnesium hydroxide absorb heat, which is beneficial to reduce the flame combustion temperature.
2: The decomposition of magnesium hydroxide create water, it's not only the coolant, also reduce the smoke density as thinner.
3: The decomposition of magnesium hydroxide created MgO, which specific surface is quite big, easy absorb smoke, and cover the combustible material.
