Permanent Magnetic Separator 2XCTN
Introduction:
--Permanent-magnetic Separator Series 2XCTN is specially designed for heavy-medium coal washing plant to recover the magnetic material. It is a kind of countercurrent, roller separator.
--The magnetic field distribution of this separator can improve the efficiency of recovering the fine powder. And it has a ingeniously designed sorting equipment which can create a reasonable flow of pulp and can greatly improved the magnetic material's recovery efficiency.
--This kind of separator has a strong ability to adapt the change of the materials' flow and concentration and it is widely used in heavy-medium coal washing plant.
Working Principle:
The device uses magnetic fields produced by permanent magnets to attract magnetic minerals (mixed in ore pulp) to the drum surface.And the magnetic minerals is rotating along with the drum.After being out of the magnetic field,the magnetic minerals can be discharged from the drum under action of gravity (or scraper blade);and non-magnetic materials discharge from tailings mouth.Therefore,accomplishing separation.
