Santana AJR Electronical Controlled System Teaching Board (Volkswagen / Toyota Electronic fuel injection system optional )
1. Introduction
The teaching board adoptSantana AJR or Volkswagen/Toyota gasoline engine electronic controlled physical system. All components adopt original parts, QC strictly testified, in accordance with Production Quality Management standard of ISO9001: 2008, suit for automotive electronical controlled system principle and practical training in the medium and senior vocational schools and car training institutions, satisfy the requirement of teaching training project on the automotive fuel injection and ignition system structure, working principle etc.
2. Basic Configuration
Engine control unit, combination instruments, training panel, battery, throttle body, ignition coil, high-tension line, spark plug, engine speed sensor, diagnostic bracket, ignition switch, anti-theft control unit, anti-theft identification coil, ignition key (with chip), spray oil, fuel tanks, automotive engine circuit plug, general power switch, relay and fuse box, fuel injection bracket, mobile bench and universal casters, instruction manual and user guide book etc.
3. Features
1. Teach board can demonstrate gasoline electronic fuel injection system process and working principle
2. Teach board equipped with oil pressure gauge to display system pressure value, can dynamic detecting normal injection values of each injector.
3. Teach board can separately demonstrate different injection modes like sequential injection, packet injection and simultaneous injection.
4. Teach color uses DC 12V power supply to avoid delaying the training course because of forgetting charge.
5. Teach board installed with short-circuit poweroff protection system to keep safe.
6. Equipped with diagnostic blocks can be connected to a dedicated or general-auto decoders, to complete reading fault codes of engine electronic control system, clearing fault codes, reading data stream, matching adjustment, programming, testing, testing terminal components etc engine diagnostic function.
7. Teach board can complete different ignition modes like electrical control system single ignition and multiple ignition function
8. Equipped with colorful Engine electronical controlled system schematics and sensor, actuator detection terminal to strengthen student's hand-on ability.
