Santana Automobile Line Demonstrating Board DLQC-DQ005


Introduction

The device is designed based on the electric equipment system on the Volkswagen Santana 2000 body to holistically demonstrate structures and operation of the meter, lighting, illuminating and wiper systems, and to support circuit terminal connection training. The device applies to theoretical teaching and maintenance training of the electric equipment system of the vehicle body in secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions.


Basic Configuration

Front left headlight assembly, left and right front fog lights, left turn signal assembly, side lamp assembly left and right turn, left combination taillights, license plate lights, reading lights, headlight switch, switch for fog light, switch for brake light, switches for back-up lights, switches for door control, wiring harness, wiper assembly, spray assembly, speaker assembly, handbrake lever operation, the central relay boxes, instrument signal analog devices, power switch, training sets panel, instrument cluster, combination switch, mobile stand, supporting t manual and training guide book and other components.

Features

1. A real and operable electric equipment system of the vehicle body is used to illustrate structures of the meter, lighting, illuminating, and wiper systems.

2. Switches and buttons of various electric equipment are operated to demonstrate operation of the meter, lighting, illuminating, and wiper systems.

3. Line terminals of electric equipment on the training platform have connection plugs. Trainees can improve their capabilities of diagram reading and terminal connection by connecting the plugs with middle harness based on the circuit diagram or maintenance data.

4. The training platform is installed with detection terminals to detect electric signals, for example, resistance, voltage, current, and frequency, of circuit components of the electric equipment system of the vehicle body.

5. The practical training platform's base frame is made in steel and the surface is paint-coated. Self-retention wheels are installed to ensure that the platform is flexible, reliable and endurable.

7. Mobile device with locking casters, move freely, to facilitate teaching.
