1. Machine Description
This machine is designed as a Three-Axes CNC Control Machine and the variable-frequency setting motor is used for main driving motion. The CNC system of Siemens 802C is adopted for controlling the Rotary feed 2-Radial feeds and Index of gears being cut.
The machine construction is featured with
* An oil forced lubrication for cutter head, to meet the requirement of high cutting strokes
* A double-roller mechanism for cutter relief, to decrease the vibration
* A variable tooth-thickness worm and worm wheel set for cutter head and worktable
*Column radial movement with tangent relief and linear roller guide way and ball screws on machine base.
The accuracy of gear to be cut is up to Class 6 of GB10095-88.
