Description of Machine
This machine is designed for cutting straight bevel gears. It is not only suitable for batch production but also suitable for small lot and jobbing production.
The machine employs two standard reciprocating side cutting tools for finishing method and roughing with in-feed method without rolling motion.
When the in-feed method is used for roughing, the cradle is locked to prevent generating roll. While finishing, the tools and the blank roll together. After one tooth has been cut, the blank is withdrawn and indexed to the next tooth. This continues until all the teeth are cut and the machine automatically stops. The simple operation, rigidity and sufficient power make the machine cut gears with high accuracy and prolong the service time.

2. The rigid and enlarged bore of the work spindle taper hole widens the application range and arbor sleeves are available for both metric and Morse taper arbors;
